Hi to everyone.
I have a very simple question about the Comparison Chart of the QuickGO tool.
What is the meaning of the different colours of the GO terms displayed in the Comparison Chart?
Basically I have a list of GO terms that I want to display graphically as a DAG. I chose to use QuickGO considering the "TermBasket" option and successively the "Display terms in Ancestor Chart" option. The result is a graph in the "Comparison Chart" tab, which is what I want. The only point is that I didn't find any explanation of the color coding of the terms of my list in the graph. Can anybody help me?
____________
I would like to add another question to the first most important one.
To be honest I would like to visualize, in an "Ancestor Chart" view, two lists of GO Terms: say that I have a list A which share some terms with list B. The point is that I would like to visualize the common terms between list A and B in one colour and the terms specific for only one of the two list in another colour. So that I have only three colours: one for the common terms and two for the specific terms of each list. Is there a way to obtain such representation using QuickGO? If the answer is no, which tool can I use to obtain what I want?
Thank u!!
