P-value problem in Plink

Hi all,

I have a simple question.

I ran logistic regression with Plink,but all Odd ratios and P-value were 1

Here's a sample line I copied below.

OR    SE   L95   U95     STAT      P
1   3638    0   inf  -9.361e-17      1

If there is something wrong. Any suggestions are appreciated.

OR of 1 indicates neither an increased nor decreased odds of having the phenotype of interest. As this particular SNP is therefore entirely uninformative, its P value is 1.

If this was unexpected, then check your input data to ensure that everything is encoded correctly.
