Calculation of genic and intergenic region

Hellow,

I am using CLC for assembling genome. can anyone here please tell me how to find the percentage of genic and intergenic regions in the genome.

P.S :- I already have some annotations transferred on my genome.

If you have annotations, export in bed. Open in excel. Calculate the length of each gene, add them all up, divide by genome size, BOOM, done.
