As far as I can tell that molecular_indexing_scheme is the name of the barcode "city (helsinki)" assigned to TCACCTC barcode used for this sample. See page 9 in this document: http://hmpdacc.org/doc/HMP_MDG_454_16S_Protocol.pdf
