im running orthomclblastparser program but its giving me the following error after acquiring all the fasta files from the complaintFasta directory
cant use an undefined value as an ARRAY reference at orthomclblastparser line 137.
please somebody help me
This appears to be an issue with the format of your BLAST report. If you could edit your post and show the first few lines of your BLAST report then we could maybe help.
