This question may be silly for you, but I don't know this, How to delete my post in biostars?

You successfully deleted the post, so it works. I have undeleted it to add to our documentation pool. Many might have this question.

Use the moderate option you see on your post. Hit Ctrl-F, then type in "moderate" to find the moderate buttons - you should see only one.
