In the department where I work we use Genehunter in an linkage analysis course. GH worked perfectly until we moved to a new OS on our server. We are using genehunter 2.1_r2 and before I start debugging I want to be sure we have the latest version. According http://web.archive.org/web/20060427161438/http://www.fhcrc.org/science/labs/kruglyak/Downloads/index.html the newest version is GeneHunter 2.1 RC6, However I could not find the source (or a binary) for this version after a extensive google search.
Can somebody help me to point to the source of genehunter 2.1 RC6?
