iam searching for P53 pathway in panther ? but could not find it , kindly please how we can get the xml format for P53 from panther
@ genomax2 thank you for your reply , I am looking for XML file ? the link does not provide the XML file for P53 :(
In the top left corner of the page that opens when you click on a pathway, there's an export option where you can export as SBML file (SBML is an XML format).
@Jean I click on p53 pathway from the list but nothing display for me ?? it direct me to page ask for download java plug in ?
You first need to have java plugin-installed for whichever browser you are using. Then you have to allow that plugin to run (it is going to generate warnings/error unless you specifically allow http://pantherdb.org through in Java security (control panel), at least for Mozilla Firefox). Once all that is done the pathway should display in a new pop-up window. You should then be able to see the option @Jean-Karim is referring to "export as SBML file".
