Hello
I received my results RNA Seq, however theses genes were identified only with the GENE ID. Is there any software that transform this number in the name of the gene and give me too the sequence of Ensembl and NCBI Reference all same time. Are 5000 genes. tks
The first thing you should do before writing a question to check this link otherwise it will be unattended to for most of the cases. We do not want the community to have repetitive questions. You can also search in Google and make your profit. A simple search in google gives you the following hit.
As for your answer it is a repetitive question which might be disregarded so check the answer here alternatively you can also search in the Biostars search tab for question and the hit will turn up if there is redundancy( in this question which is a very likely scenario).
The community is there to help but one should also try to self independent enough to bulk up their data mining skills.
Could you give just some more information? Post a couple of examples of your Gene IDs? Do we talk about mouse, humans, aliens - where is your Seq from?
Edit: Sorry this was supposed to be a comment, not an answer.
