I am looking for a tool to generate High-resolution images of alignment files out of star or tophat for use to represent alignment quality, number of reads mapped etc. I want to include these on posters for presentation. I believe I have previously encountered a tool that generates something similar to FastQCs tile quality image, but am unsure the name of it.

I tried it before, but was not able to compile it due to a clang error on OSX. Any other recommendations?
