I had to lookup what dbNSFP was. Not much help there as far as I can see. This seems to be meant to be used via other programs?

dbNSFP is a kind of variant priorizer that runs in java. A companion Java program called search_dbNSFP.class can be downloaded and used for local queries. I still not find how to run the program in java.
