Hello everyone.

I just started working with cDNA microarray analysis, and I'm a very begginer on that topic. The materials I read until now are not very clear about the steps to analyse the data. I wanted some papers, pdf archives, tutorials or any material about the theme, since I'm not familiar with this kind of analysis. If someone could show me some practical stuff about how to analyse data using R, I would be pleased.

You can start with this tutorial. Links to other useful resources is also provided in that. Whatever package (bioconductor) you are using, first you should read its manual / user guide, if you encounter any specific problem, you can post here.
