I have a microarray dataset of 22998x215 (rows and columns). I want to eliminate the differentially expressed genes out of that 22998 genes. Please help to find the p value and elimination methodologies.
215 - persons (samples) 22998 genes (gene1, gene2 , gene3,..... gene22998)
Here rows represents genes and column represents person. Need to eliminate the insignificant genes out of 22998.
