Hi,

I've a bed file containing small genomic regions and I want to remove regions that overlap low-complexity (from DUST for example) and repeated regions ? I guess if I find a bed file containing all low-complexity regions of the human genome, a simple intersectBed will do the job..

Thanks

Table browser should get you the bed files. Group Repeats and then various tables from there.
