Is there a source for relating clinicaltrials.gov trials to genes and variants?

The question really says it all. I'd like to link research testing results with potentially relevant clinical trials based on molecular assays at the gene or variant level. Any suggestions of resources (particularly ones that allow bulk processing/download) that do so are appreciated.
