Dear guys,
I got one question as below about an error happened by using xsq tools. Could you please help to give any suggestions?
qa@QFTP:~/Shen/XSQ_Tools$ ./convertFromXSQ.sh -c -f try.xsq -o try
./convertFromXSQ.sh: line 61: [[: 19-0ubuntu6: value too great for base (error token is "0ubuntu6")
And there is no fastq files output, Could you give us any clue how could fix it? Many Thanks.
