I'm doing a project on Bioinformatics.
Using the OrthoMCL program have bacteria genome data file type .faa is input data and output in format mcl cluster. (example. mab|169630886 mav|118465840 mbb|121636637 mbo|31791901 mbt|224989109 mgi|145225612 mjl|126433663 mkm|119867095 mlb|221230468 mle|15827991 mmc|108797999 mmi|183981068 mpa|41410276 mra|148660490 msm|118470956 mtb|253797658 mtc|15840123 mtf|148821920 mtu|15607855 mul|118616584 mva|120402344)
But I do not know how to use command OrthoMCL program.
