Hello to all of you.I'm just have start my research in pdb database and i would like to ask if anybody can give me a link or tutorial or something else in order to find a complete overview of the bank.Please give me o hint.

Thanks for the quick reply natasha.But please let me ask yoy something.why you tell me to see this http://pdb101.rcsb.org/learn/guide-to-understanding-pdb-data,The first reasult in google is this http://www.rcsb.org/pdb/home/home.do.What is more it will be more helpful if you know any tutotial,paper that has explain in chapters the bank like queries or fyctions ,tools etc

I haven't understood what exactly you are going to do, what are your goals?

Are you going to study PDB-BANK structure and principles of its organisation?
