Hi all I'm having some troubles to run the program PHASE 2.1, starts to run but then suddenly stops and the message "PHASE stops working" apears in the window. I already try to install the program in other computers but the same happens. Can someone tells me what can I do? or what other program can I use?
Hi Sara, welcome on Biostars! In order to let others help you, I suggest that you post the exact error message you get, together with a sample of the input file causing the problem.
Possible alternatives to PHASE are fastPHASE and BEAGLE.
