How can I find reference composition of bacteria in helathy gut?

I am wondering if somebody know a database (files) that contains information about bacteria presented in healthy gut or skin etc.?

Another thing:

Do you know a database that contains only pathogenic bacteria?

I have a problem with downloading correct files from http://hmpdacc.org/. I would like to have a file with taxonomy for 16S metadata for healthy set of stool. Could you help me to get this information?
