What's the benefit of this over Galaxy?
Thank you for your query. The benefit of SanGeniX over Galaxy is that it has end to end predefined workflows for major applications with the customized parameters settings. Additionally, SanGeniX has customized workflows wherein user can change tools and set the optimal parameters. The tools integrated in the application are well established and accepted in the scientific community. SanGeniX USP is interactive and graphically enriched visualization of the complex data and results. Please let me know if you want a demonstration of the product. Hi Daniel, Thanks for your interest in SanGeniX. We have recently launched the product for the research community for free. Currently we are supporting analysis of DNA-Seq data for variant detection, RNA-Seq data for differential gene expression study and ChIP-Seq data for DNA-protein interaction study.
We will be adding support for other workflows like denovo genome and transcriptome assembly, miRNA-Seq, Target-Enrichment and Fusion Gene detection.
