identification of cryptic introns splice events

Hi,

We are working on alternative splice events of cryptic splice sites. I was wondering if there are any tools out there to identify this kind of splicing events.

I know I can try to do it with DEXSeq or cufflinks - we are in the middle of testing them right now.

I would though like to know, if there are any specific tools for identifying significant changes of these splicing events.
