Identifying Gene Mutation ...... Eland Export File

Hi!

I have an ELAND export file onRNA seq experiment and I want to know whether a gene A has mutation (say G897T) or not.

How can I proceed? or what is the quick and dirty solution to know about it?

If you want to work with the export file, I'd suggest converting it to a BAM file using the export2sam.pl script. Then, you can look at your alignment results in a browser like IGV.
