We have multiple open positions on different levels:
- Postdoc level scientists to take part in NGS data analysis and method development on various projects regarding epigenetics and cell type determination from omics data.
- PhD students/Postdocs to work on RNA localization by integrating proteomics, transcriptomics , CLIP-seq and riboseq data.
