There is a course at EMBL-EBI this June on resources for Chemical Biology, e.g. ChEMBL, in addition to cross domain resources, such as UniProtKB, Open Targets, PDBe and plenty more:

Update: This workshop will take place at the same time as the Genomic variation course at the EBI. You can mix and match the sessions: one registration, several resources as you please.
