Hi All,

I just had a question regarding the Roadmap Epigenomics Browser. Is there anyway to load data from ENCODE onto that browser? I can do it just fine for the WashU Epigenome browser, but can't seem to get it to work for Roadmap. I looked at their posted tutorials and in their versions of the browser it had an option for ENCODE datasets, but I don't see that option anymore, and can't seem to figure out how to submit a JSON url. Thanks for the help!

Best,

John

What is the format of your data? BAM, CRAM, BigWig, other? Why would you like to add that data to the Roadmap Browser? Would you like to compare ENCODE to Roadmap data? Or does the Roadmap Browser offer other special functionalities/data that you are after? Did you know that we've got in Ensembl the raw data from ENCODE, Roadmap and Blueprint in addition to the processing of that data as part of our Regulatory build? This is the summary of our sources and more details can be found in our help page. You can also attach data to the Ensembl Browser as explained in this tutorial page.
