I want to find out all available Ribo-seq datasets for Arabidopsis thaliana. But I don't find a easy or efficient way to search for these datasets. Now I just searched "arabidopsis thaliana" in NCBI SRA and checked the results one by one. I think this is not a smart way. Anyone has some suggestions? I appreciate it.

Try searching GEO with arabidopsis as the organism and "ribosomal" or "riboseq" as additional fields.

Edit: A cursory search suggests there might only be one: GSE40209/SRP014909

Beside the suggested link by genomax2, you should also be able to find samples in the biosamples database - the database includes all ENA samples and samples from other sources.
