Hello All,
How do i proceed with Mzidentml output file from MS-GF+ search. I still have to perform MS1 and MS2 analysis and get .psm report for my CPTAC mass spec files.
@arunbodd what do you want to do? what is the goal of your experiment? what is the sample ? how is your sample prepared? all the strategy you followed or you are going to follow should be explained so that we can have a better clue.
