Does anybody know how to update the taxonomic mapping files for megan? Or where I can get an updated version? The one they have on their website is outdated so it doesn't detect a bunch of viral genomes. I have a lot of metagenomic blast outputs (>700 000 contigs) that I would like to classify but I don't want to be missing part of my analysis.
Any help would be much appreciated. Marli
