Is there any tool for assessing the significance of co-deletion or co-amplification of genes or genomic regions?

Hi all,

I want to test whether two genes or two regions are co-deleted or co-amplified in my samples. Ideally, the tool can take all the genes or regions of interest and calculate which genes or regions are co-deleted or co-amplified significantly.
