about the genome coordinates for mutations

Dear all,

please could you advise : given a protein sequence (ie TP53), that has a mutation in its aminoacid sequence (c 526T>A, p C176S), is there a quick way to retrieve the genome coordinates for the mutation in the protein sequence ?
