protein sequence for a particular mouse strain

Hi all, I am not able to retreive protein sequence for the MOLF strain of mouse. Do you know where it could be available?

MOLF bam files are available from Wellcome/Sanger center. I think these are aligned to black 6. You may be able to export the consensus in the region you are interested in and then translate to see if you get the protein sequence you need.
