Hello, I am new in the field and i need a definition for the SNP Core or some reference about it (papers or something). I have reviewed many papers but no one stops to define the concept clearly.
Thanks

Do you mean a SNP in a "core gene"? I assume you work on bacteria.
I'm trying to build a phylogeny using snp, I have read some papers that use a core snp but apparently is not same logic behind a core genome (Yes i am working with bacteria, sorry).
