qsignature : identify sample mix up

Hi,

I'm trying to identify NGS sample mix up and came across this tool

At the moment I have VCF files from NGS. Has anyone else use this tool before? I couldn't find detailed documentation on this tool. I would like to know

1) file formats other than VCF can i use to compare 2) parameters that I should set
