Come work in the Brenton lab University of Cambridge. The lab generates loads of clinical sequencing data for ovarian cancer and has an integrated environment with bioinformaticians and bench scientists working side by side. The lab is part of the Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute, collaborates strongly with other groups and has access to all core facilities. Plenty of opportunities to develop methods for modelling tumour evolution. See http://www.jobs.cam.ac.uk/job/10690/ for more details.
