Hi,

I have a set of plant cultivars (all breeder lines). For each cultivar, I have SNP data (from an GBS experiment) and pedigree data. The set is no crossing population

After identifying some interesting SNPs, I would like to predict the latest common ancestor or a set of common ancestors that probably contains the SNP.

Is there any software out there for this task?

best regards, Jens
