How to find the protein accession numbers with a list of human genes?

Hi,

I have a list of human genes. And I want to find the protein accession numbers for these genes. Instead of searching one by one on pubmed, is there any database or way I can use to do the batch query?

Ensembl's BioMart will do that in batches of 500 at a time.
