Does anyone know how to interpret phyletic age in the OGEE database? I am trying to do linear regression between my t values and phyletic age of my genes to find type of the relation between them. However, all of the phyletic age of my genes are 5 and I dont know what this means. In the OGEE database phyletic age range is 1-6.
