Me and my friends were thinking from a long time about writing a tool that can help people in bioinformatics and biology community perform custom bioinformatics downstream analysis without writing a single line of code. Keeping that in mind we have developed CSBB to help researchers. Currently, CSBB can be accessed through GitHub [https://github.com/skygenomics/CSBB-v1.0]. CSBB comes with 13 modules and runs on Linux, Unix, MACOS and Windows platforms. Please check the tool and also spread the word so that more and more people can get benefitted from this. Below I am listing the modules. All the information on these modules can be accessed through the white paper on Github. 1) UpperQuantile 2) BasicStats 3) ExpressionToZscore 4) ExtractGeneInfo 5) InteractiveHeatmap 6) CorrelationProfiles 7) Biogrid-Gene-Protein-Search 8) DifferentialExpression 9) PCA 10) NMF 11) FetchSRA 12) FetchGEO 13) InteractiveScatterPlot

Please spread the word.

Thanks,

Cheers !!

You should add installation and usage instructions. Currently, you describe what all the modules do, but not how to use them.

Hi, When you clone it or download it from Github, you will find the file [README_CSBB_APPLICATION.docx] --link [[[https://github.com/skygenomics/CSBB-v1.0/blob/master/README_CSBB_APPLICATION.docx]]]. This file has all the installation instructions and usage info. Also, the best part is the tool only requires R, python and perl and Pandoc[http://pandoc.org/]. All the other dependencies are installed by the tool itself depending on the module you wish to use.

Thanks,

Cheers !!

If you wish to "bump" your original post then edit it (which does this automatically). No need to post duplicates of something already posted above as a new answer.

Thanks, for pointing that out. When I was trying the edit post its saying number of tags is more than the length allowed. Also, thanks for removing the duplicate answer. Hope you the like the tool.

Thanks,

Cheers !!!

I believe you can only have 5 tags (you appear to have 6) per post. Remove the one you think is least relevant from original post.
