How to make a reconstructed schematic pathway based from Kegg Orthology IDs

Hi All,

I'd like to ask if what are the good tools (if there are any) for reconstructing schematic pathway based from KEGG Orthology IDs of different biological pathways so I can interlink those assigned KO IDs.

you can use R packages clusterProfiler
