Hi All, I am new in bioinformatics. I am currently doing a survey on error correction in genome sequencing data. I found some statistical metrics to evaluate different error correction algorithm such as specifity, sensitivity and gain. Can anyone tell me if there is any software that I can use to calculate these metrics (specificity, sensitivity, gain)? Any help will be highly appreciated Thanks Arghya Kusum Das
