I have Lnrna lists data in excel from microarray i want to do functiona annotation by DAVID or other source but problem is this the list i have multiple IDs how i can convert mutliple ID (genbank,ensemble,ucsc) into one refence list IDs or some other tool which want to do take mulitple list IDs?

What do you mean by LNRNA ? Are you referring to LncRNAs (Long non-coding RNAs) ? If it is so, there are no functional annotation tool that can efficiently handle lncRNA functions but you can make use of these resources,

You should be able to use BioMart to convert your set of IDs from one name to another. However it does not take a list of multiple IDs at once. You would need to do several queries.
