Ian working on RNA-seq data project, i have to build an interface that implement a method for graphical visualisation of the mapped data , by presenting it in a standalone data viewer (e.g. IGV). I am a beginner in this staff, but i know that i can use PHP, i need any suggestions how to implement all of that as i am a beginner
