I am an MSc degree holder in bioinformatics. I wanna apply for getting a full-time and funded position in bioinformatics labs as a researcher. Please note that I do not want to apply for a PhD position and my goal is only working in a lab to become more expert.

When I am writing the emails, how I can refer to this type of position? Is it "research assistant" position or "research scholar" position? Do you have any suggestion?

My sentence in the email is like this:

I am writing this email to apply for XXX position at your lab.

(Sorry to ask this weird question. English is not my native language and also I am not familiar with the name of positions in the US.)

Expect to do a large amount of data management/analysis (for a position classified as bioinformatics scientist/bioinformatics analyst/research analyst) for others and a small amount of research that may be of interest to you. You seem to be looking for a real job with a salary/benefits (which is what you seem to want, correct me if I am misreading your thoughts).

Yes, you are correct. What is the name of this position? bioinformatics scientist/bioinformatics analyst/research analyst?

Those are possible names of a position such as the one you are looking for (at least in the US).
