Hello everyone,
I have kind of a strange question. I have a file with gene expression in different human cell lines and I even have the download link for it ( http://genome.crg.es/~sdjebali/Gencode/version19/GeneExpression/gencodev19_genes_with_RPKM_and_npIDR_oct2014.txt.gz ). Here is some lines from the file:
gene_id gene_name LID16627-LID16628.longPolyA.K562.cell LID16629-LID16630.longPolyA.GM12878.cell ...

...
I remember that I found the link to this file along with its description on some web-site. Particularly, it was described there why expression of a gene is specified using 3 numbers separated by ":", e.g. "86.084362:59.567423:0". However, I can not recall what this web site was. Any ideas?
Thank you in advance, Ivan
