Dear All,

I want to find a public dataset which is detecting methylation for same sample by methylation 450K and WGBS technique, so that I can know the variance of the methylation status between these two technique? Thanks advanced.

By the way, I hope the sample/DNA are same one for these two technique rather than biological replication.

Regards,

I think you can find H1 ESC assayed on both platforms. For example, http://bmcgenomics.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/1471-2164-15-51

I think you can find the samples you want in the recent paper http://www.tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.1080/15592294.2015.1057384 They used WGBS data to study the normalization of 450k data using the same samples with data generated on both platforms. Hope it will help.

Yes. That's exactly what I want, however, they didn't share their data in that study. That's why I want to find some other study who have done such experiments on other samples.
