Which tool or method can i use to find possible pairing partner of 5p or 3p arm of mature microRNA

Hello everyone,

We have 2 arms in mature miRNA 5p and 3p. If I take one arm for example 5p and i want to find out other 3p arms(other than self 3p arm) that can form stable duplex structure which tool/method/strategy should i employ?
