I don't know if such a thing exists, but I'm looking for any database which indicates whether a user defined human cancer cell line has been grown in a mouse model system. It should ideally link to the source of this information (therefore the methods). Apologies if this is an obvious question - I have a fairly limited understanding since this isn't an area I've ever worked in.

Example question: can I establish a subcutaneous SK-OV-3 xenograft tumour in Balb/c nude mice?

This request sounds highly specific. You may need to search for this information directly in literature. I am not sure if this database would have anything usable.

Thanks for your response - I suspected as much. Might have to look into some text mining solutions.
