I've used CateGOrizer http://www.animalgenome.org/tools/catego/ to categorise my GO terms and although it gives a list of GO terms from the input list within each category there's no way to download it and use it. I need to put my original gene list into each category but with a string of GO terms that is given it is impossible to use easily. I need a tool which gives a useful output or a way of making the CateGOrizer output usable.

I'm very new to Bioinformatics so please help in as simple terms as possible. Many thanks!

I thought this was the simplest solution for you,
