Hi,

Anyone know package in R which will help me to generate correlation cluster map as mentioned in image : enter image description here

Here in Image both axis(i.e. X and Y) will have sample.

Check this tutorial. R now has many heatmap packages. A new one I have started using is heatmaply.

I personally prefer pheatmap,

Also try with ggplot2,

If you want beautiful plot use corrplot,
